Barb Levine - Office Manager
Barb is responsible for the everyday operation and management of Jones Optical including administrative leadership, communication with our lab in St. Louis, and customer service management. She is also our acting liaison between Jones Optical and Frame Representatives making sure that we always carry the latest frame styles and brands. Barb has more than 20 years of being a professional certified optician. Her sense of style shows with every patient she works with and she always helps patients make the most of their insurance benefits. Barb is an outstanding optician and passionate about what she does and what she can do for you.
Stephanie Nordeen - Technician/Receptionist
Some tests are done at our office before you see the doctor. These are designed to give the doctor some important information to help him better understand the condition of your eyes and vision. Our well trained clinic staff is responsible for this aspect of your examination called pretesting. They are also responsible for guiding you through some tests the doctor may feel are necessary after the examination such as visual field testing, digital retinal photographs and contact lens instruction.
Stephanie has been with Jones Optical for 2 years. She oversees all the pretesting and usage of our state-of-the-art equipment. She is skilled in retinal photos, visual field testing, and macular degeneration monitoring. Stephanie is energetic to make sure you get into your appointment with Dr. Burgwald as quickly as possible. Cindy Houy - Optician
Our dispensary staff are highly trained to help you select the most appropriate frames and lenses to meet your individual needs. They also take care to properly fit and adjust your new glasses and assist you with any eye wear counseling. Subsequent adjustments are free of charge and if you have any questions or concerns our staff will be delighted to address them as meticulously as possible.
Cindy has been with Jones Optical for 3 years. She is very friendly and knowledgeable in all the frames that we carry in stock. Cindy loves to help pick out a frame that fits your needs and style. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave our office with the best eyewear for you.
